It was a loud POP…Helmet on Helmet…a mutual bodily sacrifice of hardcore Football contact!  To get this shot I violated the Press allowability space, which I didn’t know anything about.  To get photos like this or better a photographer needs to be near the action.  I’m going to boldly predict (it may have been attempted or thought of before) that the NFL will allow either FILM, VIDEO or PHOTOGRAPHERS on the Field.  They will be Padded-up, less than a Linebacker and more than a Kicker.  Video is already floating on guide wires above the field.  Hightech has hit the field.  In the near future you will have cameras on the field, either on players, refs, on roaming video/photo specialists and popping up from the field.  ProBaseball is already doing a video in front of the plate (not effectively).   If you think Football, Soccer, Hockey is a little boring to view on TV….you’re going to be surprised by being on the field with the action.  It just takes the right minds to make youre at home viewing more there.
