The Greenwich Post will be endorsing Democrat Bill Grad for Tax Collector in tomorrow’s paper. The Officer of Tax collector is a three way race this year between Democrat Bill Grad, Republican Tod Laudonia, and Republican turned Democrat Rick Novakowski,who is running as an independent after being defeated by Grad in the Democratic primary.
