Richard Bodian Hits Greenwich

Back on July 11th, 2010 Richard Bodian was standing on the stone bridge wall that brings water into Binney Park in Old Greenwich. Richard was not just standing, he was doing alternating Tennis form or playing "Air Tennis" .... sort of like playing "AirGuitar". I've practiced my own "Air-Tennis on many bored evenings when a partner wasn't available...but in this case Richard was playing "Air-Tennis" outdoors, in public, in Old Greenwich, next to Binney Park. I first noticed Richard when I drove by him as he did his "freeze-motion-pose".... he form is unique....he 'stares you in the eye' as you drive by. How could anyone not notice? This was a golden opportunity to photograph someone really unique. I found a parking spot across Binney Park pond and walked over to Richard, he was just South of the Perrot Library. The first thing he said outloud as he varied his poses for each passing driver, "It's not like I'm the 'Naked Cowboy' ".
