Accident at Tomac and Lockwood in OG

I came upon this scene and decided not to photo right away because it was a little too personal (maybe) ...I'm still trying to figure out what is "ok" to photograph. In this situation a GPD officer was crouched down behind the victim who was on his back...the officer, with two hands was cradling the back of the victims head off the ground. Appartenly the scooter rider was not wearing an helmet during the ride and sustained an head injury. I waited to photograph after the victim was into the ambulence and took images while the scooter still had it's lights on and on the ground. This was at the intersection of Tomac and Lockwood in Old Greenwich two nights ago, Friday.
