Report Unattended Bags?

Security experts advise citizens to report unattended bags to authorities, for fear such a bag may contain a bomb.

Well, tomorrow and Thursday as a publicity  in lower Manhattan Burlington Coat Factory is leaving 500 messenger bags unattended — for people to take.  Each bag has a gift card ranging in value from $5 to $500.

The bags will be left on private property, such as restaurants, with the advanced consent of the property tenant.

I hope NYPD doesn’t get inundated with phone calls.
