The SWAT PT (Physical Training) course had 20 Obstacle Stations a long a 6.2 Mile hilly dirt and rock path. Every step in the run had to be observed because the dirt path was embedded with loose 3 inch rocks that could easily create a twisted ankle.

At this obstacle the choice was 5 men must eat a hotdog, the other 3 climb the rope. Carlos Franco here chose to climb the rope at World Record Pace.

This obstacle was to quickly chop a log in half.

The 'obstacle' was to memorize a grid with some of the square filled in-in red. Chris Girard, Stanley Ouimette and Carlos Franco (standing) are seen here trying to quickly memorize the grid before it is turned over.

Officer Rich Stook drags two roped tires along a road, fifty yards each way.

Carrying a man on an eight foot pole 50 yards each way.

A three foot circumference drainage pipe under a roadway became the PT pathway, and then up the embankment and through the woods.

A waist deep section of the lake was another obstacle, and after 5.5 miles of the run probably a welcome relief.

Ernie Mulhern carrying the Greenwich SRU flag is first out of the water.

Dave Hall and Stanley Ouimette help Mike Rooney over the middle of the eight foot wall.
