Staking a Claim in Binney Park

A Flag Balloon is tied to a lawn chair in Binney Park before the Friday night fireworks.  About 100 areas were 'claimed' early in the day with colorful sheets, lawn chairs and roped off areas.

The only way I might get into some of the local papers is if I get a shot of Elvis and Bigfoot riding the Loch Ness Monster in Binney Park Pond.  How about Crop Circles in Binney Park?

This firework didn't work...it exploded on the ground!

This firework didn't work...it exploded in the shape of a 'Mushroom Burst' on the ground! I haven't heard of any reports of injury at this time.
