I've been to the Terry Connors Skating Rink, but I didn't know this 'Cove Park' had softball fields. Not finding the softball players, I spend half an hour on the phone with relatives from Stamford asking if Cummings Park is the same as Cove Park...both parks have a water inlet from Long Island Sound. I was told they are different. So Cove Park, is accessed from exit 9 off i95, Cummings park is from exit 8. The field played on today by the CMS Cougars is named 'Troy Field'.

Starting CMS Pitcher Bailey Robben

This batter for Dolan Middle School has a technically advanced batter's stance. I was hoping to see her hit the ball or at least swing. See what happens in three photos...

Central's ShortStop making an outstanding catch with was photographed from both sides.

'high fives' or 'knucklepunches' ? At one time it was just hand shakes, then greetings got shaken up. With so many types of hand greetings it can get confusing which one to use in a line of many hand greetings. If you want to shake hands and your opponent wants a high five, now what?
