The Greenwich Police Citizens Academy began tonight in the newly built Safety Complex. In a course that Greenwich Police voluntarily teach and Greenwich Citizens like myself voluntarily listen and learn in classes of about 3 hours and over 10 weeks, include special trips with rides in squad cars, the new police boat, shooting at 'the range' and a tour of the new facility.
