Another “10-13″ Block Party for One of Greenwich’s Finest

Last July when I wrote of a “10-13″ party for a GPD officer, I explained:

“10-13″ is the universal police code for an officer in need of assistance.   When police hear that dreaded code on their radio, they drop everything and rush to the scene.  Likewise, the police, who are really a big “family,” come to the aid of their own when there is in need by throwing a “10-13 Party” to raise funds for distressed cops and their families.”

The GPD Silver Shield Association is doing it again.  Here is what their Facebook post says:

They said it couldn’t be done … So let’s do it Again.
