Today at Binney Park, the Pond was mostly froze over...
...but two children from Holland seemed to know that it was safe to be on the ice. The sign said "NO SKATING", they were sliding in sneakers...so maybe nothing illegal was happening. Her name is Rowyn and his Lennon Masselink. Last year Greenwich Time photographed them here.

Eventhough they live on the Long Island and are just visiting Old Greenwich, they know who Dorothy Hamill is. They built a snowman next to the pond the day before, it was knocked down like a triple decker icecream cone on its side. Hollanders might have more experience on ice.
