Dec. 18, 11:40 a.m. — According to Greenwich Emergency Services dispatch as monitored on the Internet a man, described as thin, white and perhaps wearing a blue coat, reached into an occupied vehicle on Fawcett Place, off Greenwich Avenue, and stole a purse containing a large amount of cash.
