State Police confirm that arrests were made today as a result of a tussle at the courthouse in Stamford during the arraignment of those charged in the fracas at Wilbur Peck Court early Saturday morning. According to one source, when bail was reduced for one defendant but not another, a scuffle broke out between marshals and disorderly people in the court room. According to that source, the marshals used Oleoresin Capsicum (O.C.) spray, also known as “pepper spray.”
