Watching Fox News Channel tonight, I was impressed to see that every guest made a point of wishing the best to the President-elect. From Dick Morris to Governor Bobby Jindal to Governor Sarah Palin to each host, those who appeared urged viewers to remember we are Americans first, and it is our patroitic duty to support the new President. Even the oft-vilified Karl Rove said “I love my country and I want my President to succeed” and when on to reminisce about what is was like in 2001 to assume power in the White House without the country uniting behind the President.
We must, for the sake of our country, unite between our leaders, even if that wasn’t the case when Bush came into power. Let’s give the 44th President a chance.
